Specialist architects design homes that maximise liveability and natural light. Parallel consent workstreams keep projects moving — delivering approvals in weeks, not months.

Our team and construction partners deliver on programme and on budget, with hands-on oversight from foundations to finishing.

Deliver

Each home is completed to a turnkey standard with all warranties documented. Buyers settle on fee-simple titles — no body corporates — with a 1-year defects remedy and 10-year structural warranty.

Turnkey Standard

Fisher & Paykel appliances, heat pumps, fitted wardrobes, window coverings, and landscaped grounds — included as standard, not extras.

Built to Code

Every DC Living home is built to the Building Code and issued a Code Compliance Certificate on completion. We hold our work to the standard.
